This Privacy Policy applies to the software application, desktop companion, and cloud services operated under the brand Aldren Cue, owned and operated by Samtal Software Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
Privacy is the architectural foundation of our product. We operate under a strict Zero Cloud Audio commitment: live audio captured during your meetings is processed locally on your personal device, is never uploaded to remote servers, is never stored on external disks, and is never used to train generalized artificial intelligence models.
Real-time speech recognition runs natively on your local hardware. Audio inputs and application feeds stay strictly in temporary volatile device memory during active sessions and are discarded immediately after processing.
Aldren Cue integrates Google OAuth 2.0 strictly to provide secure, 1-click user authentication and identity verification.
When you authenticate via Google Sign-In, we request access only to your basic Google profile information: your name, email address, and unique account ID (basic authentication scopes). We do not request or access any private Google Workspace data, files, emails, calendars, or contacts.
We use your Google profile information solely to create and authenticate your Aldren Cue account, link your authorized desktop client, and deliver your subscription entitlements.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties. We share data only with core infrastructure providers strictly necessary to deliver the service, all bound by rigorous confidentiality agreements.
Google user data is not used to develop, create, train, or fine-tune generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
You can revoke Aldren Cue's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security Permissions.
We collect minimal information necessary to deliver and authenticate the service:
All network transmissions between your client and our services use modern cryptographic protocols (TLS 1.3) with Perfect Forward Secrecy. Data at rest is protected using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We enforce multi-tenant isolation ensuring your data remains strictly inaccessible to any other user.
You retain sole ownership and control over all notes, uploaded materials, and session data:
We use strictly necessary first-party cookies to manage secure login sessions. For performance monitoring, we utilize privacy-focused aggregate analytics that do not track users across external websites or build personal advertising profiles.
